  1. Maximum capacity applies (up to 30 passengers per trip).
  2. Dining add-ons are subject to confirmation and availability with the partner restaurants.
  3. Restaurant vouchers must be redeemed on the same day as your Duck trip.
  4. In the event of a weather call or mechanical breakdown (trip cancelled or postponed), the booking party will be offered a full refund OR a free reschedule. This applies to the full booking and cannot be split.
  5. Any no-shows or fewer guests than expected will not result in a refund.
  6. All bookings and enquiries are subject to availability until paid for in full. A 50% deposit is required to confirm, with the balance due 7 days before the trip.
  7. Alcohol consumption is permitted on board in moderation. Guests are expected to behave responsibly. The crew reserves the right to end a trip early in the event of unsafe behaviour, with no refund issued.
  8. The Waterfront Duck Company reserves the right to substitute or amend packages (restaurant partnerships, vouchers, or special offers) subject to availability.
