Ticket Cancellations & Reschedule Policy
- Any changes to tour dates or times requested by ticket-holding passengers must be communicated to The V and A Duck Company Pty Ltd via email at least 1 working day prior to departure and are always subjected to availability. No Tour Date/Time changes are permitted on the day of the Tour. Any indulgence or isolated instances of relaxation of this policy should not be construed as a change in this policy or a precedent.
- Our tours run rain or shine. Tours are not cancelled due to rainy conditions unless The V and A Duck Company Pty Ltd deem hazardous conditions to exist and tours are therefore cancelled.
- The V and A Duck Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a tour at its absolute sole discretion, whether for health, safety, security, weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or other reasons, including but not limited to insufficient operating capacity (number of passengers), social distancing restrictions, capacity limits, blocked slipway and/or a control order imposed by any government agency or department.
- Should a tour not proceed for any reason due to a decision by The V and A Duck Company Pty Ltd then passengers will either be re-scheduled at their convenience or refunded the cost of the ticket(s) purchased, less the booking fee, but otherwise shall have no claim whatsoever (including no claim for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses) relating to the cancellation of the affected tour.
