1. Minimum of 15 tickets booked.  This will ensure a “solus” trip, with no other members of the public.

2. Adults can be included in the party of 15 but they must pay the adult price of R395 per person.

3. Ticket price includes a kiddies meal voucher to the value of R75. The difference between the cost of a meal under R75 can be used towards a beverage of choice.

4. Adults wishing to choose a non-kiddies (adult) meal will be credited R75 per ticket for their adult meal, provided they are part of the booked party.

5. Bootlegger Aquarium meal vouchers must be used on the same day as The Waterfront Duck trip.

6. Bootlegger Aquarium bookings outside of the below times are subject to confirmation by the restaurant.

  • Weekdays  after 12h00
  • Weekends and Public Holidays after 14h00

7. In the event of a weather call or mechanical breakdown (trip cancelled/postponed), the booking party will be offered a full refund OR a free reschedule.  This will be for the full party and cannot be divided/split.

8. Any no-shows or numbers less than booked will not be credited and the booking will be forfeited.

9. All bookings enquiries are subject to availability until booked and paid for in full.

10. There is no minimum age, but all booking must be accompanied by a responsible in-charge parent or guardian. The required ratio of children to adults/guardians is 1 to 10 (or part thereof).

  • Up to 15 kids:  1 parent or guardian  (16 total)
  • 16 to 20 kids:  2 parents or guardians (22 total)
  • 21 to 27 kids:  3 parents or guardians (30 total – max capacity)

11. Indemnity form to be signed by parents or guardians.  These will be sent to the booking parent of guardian ahead of the trip to be completed by all parents.

12. The Waterfront Duck Company reserves to swap out gifts and or special offers subjective to availability.

13. The 25% off voucher will be offered to all adults and children in the birthday party.

  • Voucher is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  • Voucher entitles the holder to book for a party of up to 5 persons at a discount of 25% off listed retail price, using the discount code as displayed on the voucher.

14. All other terms and conditions apply as per regular V and A Duck Company Pty Ltd (t/a The Waterfront Duck Co.) tickets.
